Italian Style Broccoli Rabe
A simple and delicious Italian-style broccoli rabe recipe.

- 1 bunch broccoli rabe trimmed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- to taste salt
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until the garlic is golden brown.
3. Add the drained broccoli rabe to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic and oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, seasoning with salt to taste.
4. Serve hot as a side dish.
