  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts Grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
