  • 4 fillets Flounder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the flounder fillets in a baking dish and pour the tomato mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
