Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Flounder
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the flounder fillets in a baking dish and pour the tomato mixture over them.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
