Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Marinara Sauce for topping
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
