  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
