Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup marinara sauce for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, milk, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
