Main Ingredients
- 4 Sub rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 8 slices Salami
- 8 slices Ham
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 0.5 cup Onion, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Olives, sliced
- 0.25 cup Pepperoncini, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise.
2. Layer the cheese, salami, and ham on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Add the lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, and pepperoncini on top of the meats.
4. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies.
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down gently.
7. Serve immediately or wrap tightly and refrigerate for later.
