Italian Tiramisu Recipe
A classic Italian dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a rich mascarpone cream.

- 6 large Eggs separated
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 pound Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream cold
- 2 cups Coffee cooled
- ¼ cup Coffee Liqueur optional
- 1 package Ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
2. Add mascarpone cheese to the yolk mixture and mix until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mascarpone mixture.
4. In a shallow dish, combine coffee and coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them in a baking dish.
5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
6. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
