- 1 can Tuna in olive oil drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped capers, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Mix well with a fork until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or as a sandwich filling.
