Italian White Bean Chicken Recipe
A hearty and flavorful Italian dish with white beans and chicken.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- to taste salt and pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional, for serving
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add white beans, chicken broth, oregano, and basil. Stir to combine.
Return chicken breasts to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
