  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened
  • 0.5 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Jalapenos
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon

Instructions 

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos in a bowl.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  4. Add bacon slices on top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  6. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
