- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the filled jalapenos.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
