Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed tofu, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the tofu and vegetables, and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
