  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped kale and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss well.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
