Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • ½ cup key lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add key lime juice and lime zest, and mix well.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
