Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kimchi chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Carrot julienned
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, sliced cucumber, and julienned carrot.
2. Add sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss well to combine.
3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
