  • 2 cups Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, sliced cucumber, and julienned carrot.
  2. 2. Add sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss well to combine.
  3. 3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
