Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced

Sesame Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
