Korean Salad with Sesame Dressing

Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed greens
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
Sesame Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
In a mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
