Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
