Crust

unsalted butter
softened

Filling

freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, 2 cups of flour, and powdered sugar. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
Bake crust for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, ¼ cup flour, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over baked crust.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
