Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 1 Celery stalk, diced
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Orzo pasta
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add orzo pasta and cook until tender.
  6. 6. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
