- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 units lemons, juiced and zested
1. Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and add the sugar.
2. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest.
5. Pour into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
