Lime Gelatin Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 package lime gelatin 3 oz
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and stir well.
Refrigerate until partially set, about 1 hour.
Fold in the crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping.
Pour into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
