Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat and diced celery.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped fresh dill.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich roll.
