Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil. Stir in mango puree and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
