  • 2 Ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the mango mixture and toss to combine.
