Main Ingredients
- 2 Ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
3. Pour the dressing over the mango mixture and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
