- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce divided
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
Spread half of the marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
