Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add black beans, corn, salsa, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Spoon the turkey and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese if using.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
