Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Skirt Steak thinly sliced
  • 4 Bolillo Rolls or other crusty rolls
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced
  • 1 Red Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Queso Fresco crumbled
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. 3. Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
  4. 4. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  5. 5. Slice the bolillo rolls and spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half.
  6. 6. Add sliced steak, avocado, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, queso fresco, and cilantro.
  7. 7. Top with the other half of the roll and serve.
