- 2 cups White American cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 can Diced green chilies 4 ounces
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add the half-and-half and heat until warm.
3. Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cumin.
5. Add the diced green chilies and stir until well combined.
