Michigan Hot Dog Recipe
A delicious Michigan-style hot dog topped with a savory meat sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic to the beef. Cook until onion is translucent.
3. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Grill or cook hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
5. Place hot dogs in buns and top with meat sauce. Serve immediately.
