Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces Taco shells hard or soft
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook ground beef in a microwave-safe dish for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef and mix well.
  3. 3. Warm taco shells in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Assemble tacos by adding beef, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes to each shell.
