Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup buttermilk
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
