Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips preferably mini
- 2-3 drops Green Food Coloring optional
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and peppermint extract until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the green food coloring if using and mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips.
Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
