- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Soy Grits
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. Mix ground beef, soy grits, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Dredge each patty in flour.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
