Mock Tuna Salad
A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional tuna salad, made with chickpeas.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until they reach a flaky consistency.
2. Add the red onion, celery, vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
