Monte Cristo Sandwich Recipe

- 4 slices Bread preferably white or brioche
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 slices Turkey
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar for dusting
- ¼ cup Raspberry Jam for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
2. Assemble the sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese between slices of bread.
3. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam.
