Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
