Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook until tender.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Blend the soup until smooth.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
