Burger Patties
- 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup black beans, mashed
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, black beans, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
