Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black beans, mashed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, black beans, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
