Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add yogurt and olive oil, then mix well.
Gradually add warm water and knead to form a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll out each ball into a flat oval shape.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
