New York Italian Style Cheesecake Recipe
A rich and creamy New York-style cheesecake with an Italian twist.

Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
Filling
- 4 packages cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool before removing from the pan.
