Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats rolled or quick oats
  • 1 cup Milk any type
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Flour all-purpose

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add egg, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3. Stir in flour until just combined.
  4. 4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. 5. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
