- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup White sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
Mix in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
