Ingredients

  • 500 g Okra sliced
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Tomatoes diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the sliced okra and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
