  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 slices Bread your choice of bread
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and spread the tuna mixture evenly on each slice.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tuna mixture.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
