- ½ cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic minced

- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
