  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 buns Sandwich Buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat fillets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the fillets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches with buns, lettuce, tomato, and the fried tilapia fillets.
