Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add chicken broth, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
Gently add meatballs to the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Serve hot.
