Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 150 g Mozzarella cubed
  • 50 g Black Olives sliced
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • a handful Basil Leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, black olives, and basil leaves.
  3. 3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together gently.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
