Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
